I’ve been a loyal patient at R & R Dental for many years and have always received terrific service from Nikki, Kelsey, and various hygienists and dentists. The care has always been top-notch, and I’ve never had a reason to consider going anywhere else, however, during my last visit, I was told I’d have to pay a few extra dollars out-of-pocket due to an issue with my insurance coverage. It didn’t sound right to me since I have the highest-tier Delta Dental plan, so I left without proceeding with my appointment. After reviewing my explanation of benefits, I confirmed I should be covered 100% at Delta Premier providers. UPDATE: R & R Dental went above and beyond to make things right. I received a follow-up call from Chris, who explained that someone was filling in that day and may have made a mistake. He took the time to investigate the issue and ensured that everything was corrected. Chris and the team made me feel valued as a patient, showing that they truly care about providing the best experience possible. This follow-up, combined with the excellent care I’ve always received from the hygienists and dentists, has solidified my trust in R & R Dental.
