Office Manager

Michael is our office manager at R+R Dental. What attracted him to R+R Dental is the cutting-edge technology and being paperless. He ensures that daily operations run smoothly.

What Michael likes most about his job is providing patients with a friendly and welcoming environment.


Registered Dental Hygienist

Nikki was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. She graduated from The University of Cincinnati with an Associate of Applied Science degree. In May of 2013 she moved to New York to continue her dentistry career.

Nikki has been working at R and R dental for over 4 years. Having a relationship with patients is important to her to help provide the best preventative dental care. Her extensive experience with children has nourished a positive rapport with children. She provides patients with the most up-to-date in-house Zoom! teeth whitening techniques. She keeps her dental education and techniques current by regularly attending study clubs with Dr. Richer and Dr. Rivera.

In her free time she volunteers at a local organization helping people with special needs of all ages. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog Griffin.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Michelle is the newest edition to our dental team. She graduated from Farmingdale State College with an Associate of Applied Science degree.

She is continuing her education in dental hygiene in hopes of receiving her Bachelors degree to eventually become a clinic instructor. Having a relationship with her patients is very important to Michelle and wants to make sure you are absolutely comfortable during your visit with her at all times.

In her free time, Michelle loves to spend time with her family and friends as well as going to the park with her dog, Leo. She also loves attending concerts and soccer games on the weekends. Her ultimate goal is to eventually travel the world and go on mission trips to provide dental hygiene care for people who don’t have access to it.



Registered Dental Hygienist

Eligia was born and raised in Suffolk County, New York. Her passion for dentistry began at a young age. She started at R+R Dental as a dental assistant the first year the office opened. After more than 5 years working chairside with Dr. Richer and Dr. Rivera, she decided to further her education to become a dental hygienist.

Eligia attended Briarcliffe College where she graduated in 2015 with an Associate degree in Applied Science. Her gentle touch and the trusting relationship she grows with her patients makes each patient feel calm and comfortable in the chair.

In her free time, she likes to travel with family and friends, enjoys participating in bike marathons, and any outdoor activities. 



Head Assistant

Wendy is our head assistant and has been with us for over three years. She attended the Nassau Dental School Society, where she earned her certificate as an expanded duties dental assistant. Wendy will make you feel welcome and relaxed in the operatory and oversees all duties applicable.

The best part about her job is learning new things everyday even when they are challenging. She also loves seeing how a patient new smile can change their life. On her free time she enjoys playing with her daughter, going to the movies, and trying new restaurants.



Receptionist & Assistant

Erika is one of our receptionists and dental assistants for over a year. She is a recent graduate from Suny Old Westbury, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences.

In the near future she hopes to attend dental school therefore she really loves to learn new things everyday working at the practice. On her free time she loves to dance salsa and spend time her family and friends.




Kelsey Rosa is one of our dental assistant at the practice. She was born and raised in New York and is a recent graduate from General Douglas MacArthur High School within the top of her class. In the Fall of 2017, she will be attending Farmingdale State College in the Dental Hygiene program.

On her free time she enjoys playing the oboe and the alto saxophone, going to the beach, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends. She loves trying new things, whether it’s trying new foods, going to different places, or meeting new people. She has a lot of love for cats and anything related to science. In the future, she hopes to travel the world and start a family with a career as a Dental Hygienist.
