Dr. Michael Richer
Dr. Michael Richer was born in Farmingdale, NY and is a graduate of Farmingdale High School. Dr. Richer received his Bachelors in Biology from the University of Buffalo and went on to dental school at The University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry earning his D.D.S. During his attendance at the University of Toronto, it was ranked among the Top 10 Dental Schools in North America. After graduating, Dr. Richer attended the prestigious General Practice Residency Program at Montefiore Medical Center where he met his wife Dr. Nadia Rivera. After five years in practice, Dr. Richer and Dr. Rivera decided to open their own state of the art, cosmetic and family dental practice, where they provide a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for all of their patients. Dr. Michael Richer is also a member of the
American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID).
Dr. Nadia Rivera
Dr. Nadia Rivera was born in Santiago de Compostela, Spain while her father was attending medical school. Her family then moved back to Puerto Rico where she attended the University of Puerto Rico and received her Bachelor’s degree in science. Upon graduation, she continued on at the university’s dental school earning her D.M.D. Dr. Rivera is fluent in both English and Spanish. In 2004, Dr. Rivera attended the prestigious general practice residency program at Montefiore Medical Center where she met her husband Dr. Michael Richer. After 5 years in practice, Dr. Rivera and Dr. Richer decided to open their own state of the art, cosmetic and family dental practice where they provide a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for all of the their patients.
Laura
Laura is our office manager and has been with us almost since the beginning. Laura will take care of all your insurance needs and provide you with the most accurate estimations and options for your future treatment. Laura went to Binghamton University for her Bachelor's degree and attended C.W. Post for her Master's degree.
Eligia
Eligia is our head assistant and has been with R+R Dental for over 2 years. Eligia will make you feel comfortable and relaxed in the operatory and oversees all duties applicable to the assistants. She ensures a pleasant experience while making sure you receive the best care and treatment possible.
